How to edit your pages?

Here is how to change your page:

1. Login or request a (new) password: to request a new password, you need to enter the email(s) of the organisation listed on the request page.  A reset password link will then be sent to that email only.  You can not log-in with any other email. Please visit our information page on retrieving your password, if you need help.
2. Find your page (the easiest way to do this is to enter your FLO-ID into the search box on the upper-right-hand corner of the page).
3. Once you are on the page, click on the edit link.

More help on editing your pages

Once you have logged in and you are on your page you will see a box under your name at the top of the page. This will look like this.

•    Edit this page including its images

Click on the link and you will be directed to the edit page. This will look like this.

Here you can type or paste the text concerning your business and upload pictures to your page.

To enter text just type or paste in the sections where needed and applicable.

To upload a picture click on ‘browse’ and look for the picture you want to upload on your computer. Select it and you will see that the location will appear in the space next to the browse button.

tips for uploading images

• do not upload images over 1 megabyte
• only upload images in the .jpg format

After filling-in the text and choosing the pictures click on ‘save’ at the left-bottom-corner of the edit page and the changes will be saved and the pictures uploaded.

NOTE: This might take a while.

•    Edit Map

Click on the link and you will be directed to the map on the bottom of your page.

Here you can put a marker on the map to indicate where your business is located. Instructions as how to do this are given above the map.

 

•    Add Product

For each listing, you can add as many products as you like. These are products you sell.

To start, click on the "add product" link and you will be directed to the page where you can add a new product. This will look like this.

 

 

Here you can type or paste the text concerning the product you want to add and upload pictures to your page.

Entering text and uploading pictures works in the same way as it did for editing the details for your business.

Once the page has been saved it will look like this when you click on the link on your own page.  Now, you can also visit the product page to update the product details.

Troubleshooting

If you have trouble operating this site then we first of all recommend that you download and install the latest version of Firefox and use this program to view the website. While the website should work with the latest version of Internet Explorer and Safari, it is most likely that it will work as intended on Firefox.
