Retrieving your password

Below is a description on how to retrieve your password. For this, you will need to have access to the email listed as primary contact for your organisation.

1. go to the home page and enter your FLO ID.

2. Check the email listed. As noted above, you will need access to this email address (i.e. you can read emails sent to this email address).

3. Go to http://fairtradenap.net/Security/lostpassword and enter the email address (replacing [at] with @).

Next, you will need to check your email address as entered and you will receive a new password.
